Deion Sanders’ Colorado Buffaloes side enjoyed a seventh win of the season this weekend, beating Texas Tech on the road to go 7-2.
Of course, there was always going to be controversy. One such moment came after Coach Prime’s son, Shilo Sanders, ran a fumble in for a touchdown with less than a minute left in the game to put CU out of reach.
A Texas Tech ball boy would try to get the ball from him during the celebrations before Shilo’s brothers, Shedeur and Deion Jr., get involved.
Deion Sanders Jr. Was Ready To Throw Down
Jr., who takes care of the team’s social media, was pretty fired up and appeared to shove the ball boy’s hand, with Shedeur holding him back.
You can see the incident in the video below:
College football offenses use their own balls in games, so ball boys are required to get them back whenever there’s supposed to be a change in possession.
Still, the Red Raiders ball boy would have probably been better off just letting the opposition finish their celebration before trying to get the football back.
