Page Six has the daily lowdown on everything Taylor Swift, from Eras Tour updates to fan theories, glimpses into her relationship with Travis Kelce, and more.
Swifties have worked up a frenzy on social media with speculation the global superstar make take the stage during the Super Bowl Halftime Show in 2025 — and we know the reasons why.
Meanwhile, Tay stepped out with country music legend Faith Hill for a night out at members-only NYC supper club Chez Margaux on Tuesday.
Jelly Roll may be one of the biggest country stars in the world, but he was still extremely nervous to meet Taylor Swift a the 2024 Grammy Awards.
In fact, he was so starstruck that he completely flubbed his first interaction with the “Anti-Hero” singer.
He told People: “Taylor lived in Hendersonville, [Tennessee], for a while, and she had bought a playground. I used to push [daughter] Bailee on that swing set that Taylor donated to Hendersonville. I wanted to tell her that when I met her, but I was so nervous I couldn’t even remember what swing set it was.”
“My wife [Bunnie Xo] said, ‘I think Taylor’s coming over to holler at you.’ It was like the Red Sea parted for her,” he continued. “I’m looking at Taylor Swift and I have a reason to explain to her why I like her so much, and I’m going, ‘You built the swing set somewhere, my daughter, I pushed her on it.’ I did so bad! Definitely was at a loss for words in that moment.”
Kansas City Chiefs president Mark Donovan shut down speculation that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship was a marketing ploy for the stars.
“It is an authentic relationship and we’re happy to have it,” Donovan said on CNBC Wednesday. “It’s been nothing but good for us.”
He continued, “I think the best thing I can say about the whole relationship and the impact it’s had on us is: Taylor Swift is an authentic member of the Kansas City Chiefs kingdom. She is an authentic fan, and that matters to our fans and our fanbase, and it matters to us and we try to respect that.”
Taylor Swift is down bad for plaid — but what does it mean?
Forget about a mad woman — there’s nothing like a plaid woman.
That seems to be Taylor Swift’s M.O. when getting dressed these days; over the past several months, the superstar’s stepped out in no fewer than seven checked outfits, including a Dior corset-and-shorts look at September’s VMAs, a red Versace skirt suit at a recent Chiefs game and, just last night, a black-and-white Carolina Herrera getup for a girls’ night out in NYC.
So why the preference for plaid?
While fall’s practically synonymous with the pattern and Swift’s always gravitated toward tartan this time of the year, many fans think she could be using it to hint at an upcoming release — specifically, that of “Taylor Swift (Taylor’s Version),” one of two remaining re-records still waiting in the wings.
As pointed out by a slew of online Swifties, the “Lover House” shown onstage during the superstar’s Eras Tour contains different rooms representing each of her albums, and the wallpaper in the space dedicated to her debut album is (you guessed it) plaid.
“DEBUT HAD PLAID WALLPAPER THIS ENTIRE TIME IN THE LOVER HOUSE AND NO ONE CONNECTED THE DOTS ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” one fan wrote on X in all caps on Oct. 24.
“i always wonder if it drives taylor crazy just sitting back impatiently waiting for us to figure out the simplest easter eggs like this,” another added.
But not so fast! Swift also made punky plaids part of her wardrobe rotation during her “Reputation” era, and has been teasing that re-recording for many months, too. Plaid also played a role in her “Tortured Poets Department” style, along with trench coats and corsetry.
While they may butt heads over exactly why Swift’s been leaning into checked looks more than usual lately, fans can probably agree on one astute Swiftie’s observation: “No one wears this much plaid without a reason.”

She kept things simple with a textured black turtleneck — but amped up the glam with a two-headed diamond panther necklace by Effy jewelry, which retails for a whopping $10,995.
What to know about Taylor Swift’s new favorite private members’ club in NYC
Taylor Swift has been hitting the new members-only club, Chez Margaux, in recent weeks.
The pop star went to Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s new private supper club with Zoë Kravitz on Nov. 9 and returned on Nov. 20 for a girls’ night out with country singer Faith Hill, Haim member Este Haim and stylist Ashley Avignone.
Located in the heart of New York City’s buzzy Meatpacking District, the venue was designed to exude the elegance of Paris in the 1930s and capture the renowned culture of London’s posh nightlife scene, according to the club’s website.
The property features several spaces including a stunning main dining room where modern French cuisine is served, a Japanese-inspired lounge for casual dining, and a chic caviar and cocktail bar that transforms into an intimate nightclub after sundown.
There are also multiple private spaces available for dinner parties and other intimate gatherings.
Members who are 21 to 31 years old must pay annual dues of $2,400 while older members are required to fork over a whopping $3,600 in yearly dues. On top of that, all members must pay an initiation fee of $1,000.
Swift has been known for her love of Manhattan’s members-only scene and has frequented Zero Bond and The Ned Nomad, among other VIP hot spots.

Taylor Swift’s supposed new music collab fuels Super Bowl Halftime Show speculations
A supposed Taylor Swift/Kendrick Lamar music collaboration has fans believing she might make an appearance at the 2025 Super Bowl Halftime Show.
After DJ Snake claimed this week that Lamar had lined up a collaboration with the “Lover” singer for his upcoming album, many wondered if she would join him onstage during football’s biggest night.
One person wrote via X (formerly Twitter), “I predict Kendrick Lamar bringing out Taylor Swift during the Super Bowl. Bad Blood legit would be an appropriate/fun song for the game.”
Meanwhile, another person commented, “Shes prob gonna have a guest appearance performance on stage to perform “Bad Blood” with Kendrick Lamar.”
“Super Bowl with Kendrick Lamar is partially to get him to bring Taylor Swift on stage,” a third theorized.
Lamar — who previously collaborated with Swift in her song “Bad Blood — is set to perform during the Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show on Feb. 9, 2025.

Taylor Swift rereleases iconic album cardigans — but there’s a catch
Forget the old cardigan under your bed, Taylor Swift is now giving the fans an opportunity to buy a new favorite — if they act fast.
For only 24 hours Tuesday into Wednesday, Taylor Swift’s online store is selling her album cardigans until each style sells out.
For $70, fans could get their hands on the “Tortured Poets Department,” “1989 (Taylor’s Version),” “Midnights,” “Folklore,” “Red (Taylor’s Version),” and “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” editions of the cardigans.
Unsurprisingly though, as of the time of this writing two styles are sold out.
The cult-classic sweaters have been a part of Swift’s album drops since 2020 when she released the song “Cardigan.”
Magical Eras Tour made of Legos goes viral: ‘This needs to be an official Lego set’
How’s this for a crossover?
Avid Swiftie Erika Jones has been documenting the Eras Tour using a very special medium: Legos.
Jones has been sharing TikToks of her progress in building her own mini Eras shows over the past month, which include various different Taylor Swift Lego figurines wearing stunningly accurate versions of her concert looks.
Jones’ efforts have banded together Lego aficionados and Swift fans.
“Legos pay attention. we want to buy this,” one fan wrote.
“This needs to be an official lego set,” another added.
“Can I buy it ? I want to play Eras tour too 🥺,” a Swiftie commented
“Drop the tutorial RIGHT NOW,” a impassioned fan demanded.
Taylor Swift gave ‘thoughtful’ baby gift to Chiefs WAG bestie Chariah Gordon
Aunt Taylor Swift strikes again!
Chariah Gordon, who is engaged to Travis Kelce’s teammate Mecole Hardman Jr., revealed to Glamour that Swift sent a gift for the couple’s daughter, Cianna, while she was in Europe for the Eras Tour.
“It’s so freaking cute and so thoughtful,” Gordon said. “So she, in between shows…was keeping my kids super near.”
Gordon, whose become close to Swift over the past year, said the pop star is an “auntie” to her children. The WAG also shares 21-month-old Mecole Hardman III with Hardman Jr.
Gordon shared an Instagram Story earlier this month showing Swift holding Cianna with the caption, “Auntie Tay and Baby Ci.”
Gordon said her relationship with Swift came naturally.
“I actually got a chance to meet her at Trav’s house and she was just super, super sweet. And since then we’ve been super cool. I call her my sis. That’s my sis,” she told Glamour.
Swifties rip Bills WAG for Taylor Swift jab after Buffalo victory over the Chiefs
After the Buffalo Bills ruined the Kansas City Chiefs’ dreams of an undefeated season Sunday, one Bills WAG is now being called “low class” for using the opportunity to take a jab at Taylor Swift.
Ryleigh Spector, wife of Bills linebacker Baylon Spector, took aim at Travis Kelce’s girlfriend when celebrating the Bills’ victory.
“9-2! Never a Swiftie,” Spector reportedly wrote on her private Instagram, sharing a photo of herself and other Bills WAGs at Highmark Stadium.
Swifties, as expected, blasted Spector for her comment.
“If it wasn’t for Low Class…She would have NO CLASS. Do better,” one wrote under a tweet about the photo.
“Yeah nobody cares if those three show up at a Bills game or not! 😭😭They are irrelevant 🤭” another fan commented.
“And the jealousy always shows up….” a commenter quipped.
Many, even some who admitted to not liking Swift or the attention she and Kelce’s relationship has received, called it a low blow.
“She obviously has a very low self-esteem to go out of her way to put down Taylor Swift. When I read all this crap I think I’m back in high school. I wonder why our country is so screwed up. We have a hard time treating people with kindness very sad to see,” a commenter wrote.
