Amari Cooper had no clue what was going on during one play on Sunday.
It was a quick turnaround for the wide receiver after the Cleveland Browns traded Cooper to the Bills on Tuesday.
Going from a losing team with a quarterback who couldn’t get anything done to Josh Allen, who is simply playing on an MVP level, had to be a shock to his body.
Amari Cooper had an excellent performance in his first game as a Buffalo Bill, scoring a touchdown.
What makes matters crazy is that Cooper had no clue what the play would be on the play where he scored.
The video at the beginning of the play showed the former Pro Bowl wide receiver looking to rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman for help during the play.
Coleman simply points Amari Cooper in the right direction after Josh Allen called a play at the line to help him out.
t worked out in the end as Cooper would score.
Amari Cooper Had His Second-Best Game of The Year In his First Game Playing For The Buffalo Bills
Amari Cooper didn’t waste any time scoring his first touchdown as a member of the Buffalo Bills. Buffalo acquired Cooper in a trade with the Cleveland Browns on Tuesday.
Cooper caught four passes for 66 yards and a touchdown to help his new team pick up a 34-10 win.
In his first game with his new team, he had his second-best game of the season.
His production came on 19 snaps.
The Bills gave up a third-round pick in the package to acquire Cooper, and he just might elevate a passing attack that had struggled to find its footing after top target Stefon Diggs was traded to the Houston Texans this offseason.
