Social Media Wants Giants RB Devin Singletary To Sue ESPN After They Recklessly Accused Him Of Point Shaving

New York Giants running back Devin Singletary had the chance to cap a long run with a touchdown against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, but instead, he produced an all-time bad beat.

He pulled off a selfless move at the last second as he went down at the 1-yard-line instead of scoring.

Everybody knew why he did it, but an ESPN Bet TikTok account took things way too far with how they described it.

While the touchdown would have made it a two-score deficit for the Browns, who had zero timeouts, it would have left Cleveland enough time to possibly stage a miracle comeback.

Devin Singletary’s sliding instead of scoring allowed the Giants to kneel out the remaining time on the clock and garner their first win of the 2024 season.Singletary’s decision was a particularly bad beat for anyone who had bet the 0ver, which was 37.5. The combined score as it stood was 36.
