Patrick Mahomes’ mother, Randi, has shared a cryptic message on social media, days after her daughter-in-law, Brittany, was called out for her ‘high horse’ behavior in the Chiefs’ AFC Championship postgame celebrations.

While walking on M&T Bank Stadium’s turf in Baltimore on Sunday with her Chiefs quarterback husband after Kansas City’s 17-10 victory over the Ravens, cameras caught Brittany asking a stadium employee, ‘Where do we go from here?’ as she rotated her finger in the form of a circle.

Now, Randi has shared a message on her Instagram Story in the wake of the post-AFC title viral moment involving Brittany, although its context remains unclear.

‘NEVER WORRY about who will be offended if you speak the TRUTH. Worry about who will be misled, deceived & destroyed if you don’t,’ the message read.

Brittany, who married Patrick in March 2022, also shared an enigmatic social media post on Wednesday.

‘I take rumors as a compliment. The fact that you’re bringing my name onto tables I don’t sit at shows your obsession. Stay bothered,’ Brittany’s message read on her Instagram Stories.

Despite all the drama, the Mahomes family celebrated Patrick’s fourth Super Bowl appearance in five season with the Chiefs

Randi shared a photo of herself with her daughter Mia and son Jackson smiling with Brittany and the newest queen of the Chiefs – Taylor Swift – who is dating the team’s star tight-end, Travis Kelce.

‘Chiefs headed to Super Bowl!! My team! My family!,’ Randi shared as a caption to her post on Instagram.

She also shared how proud she was of her eldest son after a difficult season that saw the Chiefs enter the postseason as the No. 3 seed of the AFC behind the Ravens and Buffalo Bills – two teams that Kansas City beat in the playoffs.

‘I can literally say I can’t remember a time you didn’t have a ball in your hand or something you wanted to play catch with. Easter egg, gum ball, or even socks. I’m super proud of you and I admire your hard work and dedication. I love you and so proud. Enjoy every moment son,’ Randi wrote.

Mahomes won his first Super Bowl in February 2020 when the Chiefs emerged victorious against the 49ers, 31-20.

A year later, Kansas City fell short to the Tom Brady-led Tampa Bay Bucs’, losing 31-9 before pipping the Eagles, 38-35, to win last year’s Super Bowl.
