Cameras caught Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders having some words for a scout during the team’s pro day on Friday.
The Buffaloes held their pro day in front of NFL coaches, executives and scouts on Friday. Quarterback Shedeur Sanders and two-way star Travis Hunter headlined the group, with both potentially being top-five picks.
A video has gone viral on X/Twitter and TikTok of Deion Sanders confronting a scout after delivering instructions to his Buffaloes players. What exactly the scout said is unclear, but Coach Prime said, “Y’all start how y’all want to start. F**k this man here. Do y’all thing. Do what you all do.”
Tell us what you really think, Coach Prime.
Deion Sanders wrapped up his second season as head coach of the Buffaloes. After going 4-8 in his first season at the helm, the Buffaloes went 9-4 in 2024, losing to BYU in the Alamo Bowl.
Hunter won the Heisman Trophy in 2024 after catching 96 passes for 1,258 yards and 15 touchdowns as a wide receiver. On the defensive side of the ball, he excelled in coverage and finished with 11 pass breakups and four interceptions.
The 6-foot-2, 215-pound Shedeur Sanders threw for 4,134 yards, 37 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in his final season of college football.
Deion Sanders Signed A Long-Term Extension With Colorado

Late last month, the Pro Football Hall of Famer signed a $54 million contract extension with the Buffaloes. The new deal came weeks after Coach Prime talked to Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones about the team’s HC vacancy.
Needless to say, it’ll be interesting to see how Sanders fares in year one without Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter.
