New Report Reveals How President Donald Trump’s Fast Food Hack Helped Him Shed 30 Pounds

President Donald Trump, known for his love of fast food, has reportedly lost 30 pounds in his effort to adopt healthier habits. Despite his past fondness for McDonald’s and Wendy’s, famously serving a fast-food banquet to the Clemson football team at the White House in 2019- Trump has made a key dietary adjustment that has contributed to his weight loss.

According to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who recently spoke with Sean Hannity on Fox News, Trump has committed to becoming “healthier.” Hannity then revealed a simple but effective trick the 47th president has been using to cut down on calories while enjoying one of his favorite meals.

Trump’s secret? Skipping the bun. Hannity disclosed that when the former president indulges in a burger, he typically ditches the bread, a small but impactful change that reduces carb intake. “If he has a burger now, he usually doesn’t have it with a bun,” Hannity said. “I hope I’m not revealing something I shouldn’t.”

This minor adjustment aligns with common low-carb dieting strategies, which many people follow to manage weight. However, diet alone may not be the only factor in Trump’s weight loss. The former president has admitted that his demanding schedule has played a role. “I’ve been so busy I haven’t been able to eat very much,” Trump remarked last year. “I’m not able to sit down and eat like a person like you- you can sit down and eat. Me, it’s a little bit tougher.”

While it remains unclear if Trump has a specific weight goal, his 30-pound drop signals a notable shift. Whether inspired by time constraints or intentional choices, his approach might offer a simple takeaway for those looking to make healthier adjustments without giving up their favorite meals.
