Jerry Jones is among the most popular NFL owners; some would consider him one of the most stubborn. The thing is, though, he is simultaneously one of the best and one of the worst, and Dallas Cowboys fans are fed up with it.
Jones has owned the Cowboys since the 1989 season, when he bought the team for a staggering $140 million. Since then, Jones has played a major role in growing the team into one of the most well-known sports franchises in the world.
Now, the 82-year-old billionaire is causing a stir amongst Dallas Cowboys fans for how he has handled things at the NFL Combine this week, and the reaction is primarily negative. Jones has reportedly been avoiding the media.
According to reporter Jon Machota, “Cowboys owner Jerry Jones didn’t hold his usual combined bus interview with reporters in Indianapolis. He just declined to talk while leaving the team’s Indianapolis hotel.”
Jerry Jones is Rubbing Dallas Cowboys Fans The Wrong Way

“Jerry is getting serious about business,” another fan said.
“Is Jerry alright? Don’t get me wrong, him being quiet is a godsend, but I’m still concerned,” asked another.
“Jerry tired of us just as much as we’re tired of him,” joked another.
After all is said and done, it’s safe to say that fans are upset and intrigued as well. Things could be very interesting going forward as Jones keeps quiet about the Dallas Cowboys’ future moves.
