Lawyer Speaks Out On The Worst Possible Outcome Jason Kelce Can Expect After He Smashed A Penn State Fan’s Phone To Pieces Over Homophobic Slur

Former Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman and new ESPN analyst Jason Jelce had an eventful weekend.

Kelce joined colleagues from The Worldwide Leader in Sports for ‘College GameDay’ on Saturday, heading to Penn State’s Beaver Stadium for their game vs. Ohio State.

The erstwhile center was mobbed by fans on his way to the stadium, and one of them would attract all his attention after asking for his feelings on his brother Travis being a certain homophobic slur based on his high-profile relationship with Taylor Swift.

Kelce immediately snatched the fan’s phone – he had been recording Kelce too – and smashed it before making off with the mobile device, asking the student, “Who’s the f***ot now?”

According to an X user who claims to have done civil litigation for several years, should the analyst be taken to task, he won’t be required to pay more than the price of a new phone. “I did civil litigation full time for 7 years and the most that kid is getting for damages is the value of a new phone,” they wrote in a post.
