Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and his family were put through a scare ahead of Sunday’s NFC showdown between the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers.
The rivals are currently locked in an 0-3 affair favoring the Niners, with the game headed into the end of the first quarter at the time of writing.
According to senior Cowboys reporter Todd Archer, a vehicle transporting Jones’ son, Jerry Jones Jr., his daughter, Charlotte, and his grandson, Shy Anderson Jr., was struck by a rising barricade outside Levi’s Stadium prior to kickoff.
Jerry Jones’ Family Evaluated By Team Staff
Fortunately, everyone was okay enough to attend the game, with Charlotte and Jerry Jr. examined by the Dallas medical team.
“Charlotte and Jerry Jr. were evaluated by the team’s medical staff and are attending game,” Archer wrote.
These are all the details we have for now, but we expect additional information to be released as the night progresses.
