Saints Superstar RB Alvin Kamara Ruthlessly Rips His Teammates Following Humiliating TNF Loss At Home To Broncos

New Orleans Saints star running back Alvin Kamara didn’t hold back his honest feelings following the team’s fifth straight loss, the latest an ugly 33-10 home defeat at the hands of the Denver Broncos on “Thursday Night Football.”

The banged-up Saints came into this game without starting quarterback Derek Carr and their top two receivers, Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed. Still, few could have expected Alvin Kamara and company to lose soundly to an inconsistent Denver team that had been held to under 20 points in four of their last five games.

Thursday’s game was essentially over by the early stages of the fourth quarter, prompting many New Orleans fans to head to the exits early. One could understand why that would disappoint a beloved veteran player like Kamara, but he sided with the fans in this one.

Speaking to reporters after the game, Kamara said he would have done the same thing as a fan, per Jeff Nowak of WWL Radio.

“I get it,” Kamara said. “I would leave, too.”

Playing behind a depleted offensive line, Alvin Kamara mustered just 10 rushing yards on seven carries and six catches for 14 yards. New Orleans’ only TD came in garbage time, with third-stringer Jake Haener throwing a late TD to Cedrick Wilson Jr.
