The man who pictured the very moment Oasis fans have been waiting years for has spoken out as fans kept asking him the same question.
Amid the announcement of 17 tour dates for the UK and Ireland in 2025, fans of the Britpop band have been virtually queuing up to grab a seat for the hottest ticket in town.
As ballot registration opened for tickets on Tuesday (27 August), Oasis’ X account explained: “Register for the UK and Ireland 2025 tour pre-sale ballot.
“A ticket pre-sale will be held on Friday 30 August, ahead of Saturday’s general sale.

“To ensure the maximum number of fans have a fair opportunity to access tickets, applicants will be selected for the pre-sale via a ballot.
“Ballot registration is open now and will close at 7pm BST, this Wednesday 28 August.
“Successful applicants will receive an email with full access information the morning of Friday 30th August.
“Success in the ballot will not guarantee tickets. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis.”
Meanwhile, the moment that kickstarted all of this was when the Oasis social media account shared a picture of the Gallagher brothers, announcing their highly-anticipated reunion.
London-based photographer Simon Emmet was responsible for taking the black and white snap of Liam and Noel, which went viral within a matter of minutes.
Writing on X, he said it was ‘such a privilege to have captured this moment’.
However, fans were all asking for the same thing – a behind-the-scenes video.
“Behind the scenes video pretty please?” one person requested, as another echoed: “We need bts.”
While someone else asked: “Any others you can share of this shoot?”
This comes after the Oasis account admitted that they were facing ‘an extremely high volume of entries’ and that confirmation emails ‘may be delayed’.
They also reassured applicants that the confirmation email for pre-sale ballot entries are still being sent today.
“The deadline to confirm your entry has now been extended to 10am BST tomorrow morning (Friday 30th August),” the X post read.
“If successful in the ballot, you will be contacted tomorrow by 5pm BST with pre-sale access information. Thank you for your patience.”
