Elon Musk isn’t the only one who can become a meme
Vice President JD Vance has finally responded after his face became a viral sensation.
The Trump administration is pretty busy right now, and when not waging a war on immigration, renaming the Gulf of Mexico, and attacking the price of eggs, it’s also got the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war to try and mediate.
Things became pretty heated when President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the White House for a chat with President Donald Trump, where things soon descended into chaos during an exchange with Vice President JD Vance.
While many have accused Elon Musk of being Vice President (some even calling him President), Vance tried to throw his power around by saying that Zelensky needs to thank America.

The internet has been flooded with JD Vance memes (X / @fancyrook)
The Ukrainian president held his own, but as the room turned against him, the meeting was cut short. There’s been a lot of talk in the aftermath about a potential mineral deal, but elsewhere, Vance has gone viral for a different reason.
It’s not for Vance’s “Just say thank you” rant, but for a bizarre trend where people have been doctoring his appearance. From exaggerating his cheeks to make him look like a cross between a Cabbage Patch Kid and Hagrid, to turning him into a box of McNuggets, it’s a bizarre fallout of the Zelensky meeting.
While some have said the joke has worn thin, that hasn’t stopped others from continuing their Photoshop skills.
It all seems to stem from an image of Vance from the Zelensky meeting, which someone jokingly captioned: “You have to say pwease and tank you, Mistow Zensky.” From there, it was open season on turning Vance into the kid from Shrek 2, a Minion, and more.
Vance has apparently seen all of your edits, and despite his serious nature, The Blaze’s Julio Rosas claims he finds it funny. After traveling with Vance, Rosas explained: “I can confirm VP Vance has seen many of the memes/edits of his pictures and thinks it’s a funny trend.”
