Nick Foles went off the top rope with a brutal shot at Tom Brady after the Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl on Sunday night.
Foles’ old team beat the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 to complete their redemption arc after their disappointment last season. They also got some sweet revenge against the team that beat them in the big game two years ago.
The former Eagles quarterback was one of just two NFL signal-callers to beat Brady in the Super Bowl, with Eli Manning the other.
He would take to X to joke that the seven-time Super Bowl winner must be a good luck charm for the Eagles, given that he was around for both of their Super Bowl wins.
“It’s really cool that Tom Brady got to be there for the Eagles’ two Super Bowl wins! He might be a good luck charm,” he wrote.
