BREAKING: Browns Superstar Myles Garrett Is Officially Done In Cleveland

Myles Garrett wants out.

Garrett, star defensive end for the Cleveland Browns, made waves this week when he decided that he wanted to play for another team.

In a statement to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, Browns DE Myles Garrett officially requested a trade.

When you go 3-14 and land the No. 2 pick in the draft, all bets are off for how the ensuing offseason is going to go, which is now the case for the Cleveland Browns.

Garrett is under contract through 2026 at $25 million a year, fifth-highest among NFL edge rushers.

Garrett just recently said that “we’re close than some think we are,” which indicated he wanted to be back, but things have quickly changed behind te scenes.

The Browns have only made the playoffs once since his time there.

Browns GM Andrew Berry Made It Clear He Wouldn’t Trade Myles Garrett

Myles Garrett officially requested a trade.

This is quite the change, just based on what Browns GM Andrew Berry recently said about him.

He made it clear he wouldn’t trade Garrett even if a team offered two first-round picks.

The star pass rusher remains under contract, so it will be interesting to see how things go now that he has put it out there that he wants to leave.
