VIDEO: Female Driver Crashes Golf Cart Carrying Ryan Day, Will Howard & Other Ohio State Players During Wild Scene After Buckeyes’ National Championship Victory

Ohio State had everything go perfectly for them on Monday night after its 34-23 victory over Notre Dame in the College Football Playoff Championship Game.

Everything didn’t go as planned once some players and head coach Ryan Day decided to get on a golf cart.

Ryan Day and quarterback Will Howard crashed into a wall inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

They weren’t driving. It was a female attendant.

She crashed so severely that the Ohio State coach and players had to get off and find another means of transportation.

The best news here is no one seemed to be injured in the incident. It appeared the driver just underestimated how wide of a glf cart she was handling.

The Ohio State players seated behind Day, including Howard and linebacker Cody Simon, were clearly laughing about the situation.

After the golf cart didn’t start back up, they pivoted and successfully made their trip to the other side of Mercedes-Benz Stadium to continue celebrating.

The Buckeyes had quite the run as they Tennessee at home in the first round before beating Oregon in the Rose Bowl, Texas in the Cotton Bowl and Notre Dame in the CFP championship.

Ohio State Is Once Again On Top Of The World

Ohio State held off Notre Dame’s comeback to win a National Championship. The Buckeyes celebrated their first national title victory in 11 years.

What started as a blowout turned into a nail-biting 34-23 victory for the Buckeyes over the Fighting Irish at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ohio State will bring its sixth national title and its first since the 2014 season back to Columbus.
